Student rentals near top schools west of Toronto are a great investment opportunity. Since we already own and manage student rentals we know how to create significant value in this market. If purchased, and managed correctly these type of properties can be an excellent addition to a portfolio.

Here are just some of the more recent projects we funded, completed and manage. To date we have made significant return on every project. Sure there were hiccups and issues on our first properties but because we learned from the challenges and use our strategic system to invest each property overall has made significant ROI:

Multifamily 13 Unit in the west end - Funded and operational

Investors completely funded this building. This is a 13 unit apartment building in a great location. It requires minor reno and tenant change to get it to a great income level. The area is prime and will appreciate.

Multifamily 7 unit building – Funded and operational

This building was a great opportunity because we purchased it well below market value. The potential for improvement and increase of income was great and that’s materialized now. This is now a very stable investment in our portfolio.

Multifamily 4 unit building – Funded and operational

We converted this large house into a 4 unit dwelling. It is in a great area in the west end and has had very close to 0% vacancy for the past 4 years.
